Implementation Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Implementation Lead at XO Health, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of Employer and TPA onboarding, ensuring an accurate and seamless integration of health and welfare benefits.

In Short

• Lead the full lifecycle of the implementation process.
• Develop and track detailed implementation plans.
• Ensure accurate loading of employer or TPA installations.
• Oversee project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.

• Manage complex client health care implementations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Experience with healthcare technology platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of self-funded medical and pharmacy benefit design.
• Proven experience in managing complex client health care implementations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and CRM tools.
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• 7+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
