Implementation Lead - Remote

Overview

As Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for training on and implementing our Stellar platform at our company’s largest and most complex medical groups and health systems.

In Short

• Lead and manage implementations for large medical offices.
• Expand on existing curriculum to deliver comprehensive training.
• Oversee multiple implementations concurrently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Design and iterate on the implementation program.
• Work closely with internal teams for client onboarding.
• Support medical groups with technical implementation set-up.
• Partner with internal teams for cohesive onboarding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role in healthcare.
• Experience in value-based care is preferred.
• Proven experience in building and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with a track record of improving processes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Comfort working with data sets.
