Senior Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analytics Engineer will help build scalable and durable data models with Snowflake and dbt, focusing on Customer Success and Product, to enhance healthcare analytics.

In Short

• Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements and define analytics outcomes.
• Design and deliver new analytics data models and schema with dbt.
• Enhance the dbt codebase for the Analytics Warehouse.
• Establish best practices in a high-scale data environment.
• Review and approve code and software artifacts.
• Maintain documentation in Notion and other knowledge bases.
• Advocate for analytics best practices.
• Keep the team updated on plans and progress using Jira.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer.
• 6+ years of expert-level SQL experience.
• 4+ years of experience in designing commercial Analytics Data Models.
• 4+ years of experience creating automated data processing pipelines.
• Full-stack experience in data development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Curiosity and a desire to understand the business.
