In Short

• Lead and develop analytical projects for the Product and Marketing departments.
• Build, enhance and optimize data models and dashboards.
• Pioneer the use of predictive analytics methods.
• Provide occasional support for ad-hoc data analytics tasks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience with modern data stack architecture and tools (e.g. Snowflake, Airbyte, Airflow, dbt).
• Proficiency in SQL for data modeling.
• Statistical techniques for data mining and predictive modeling.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Data visualization skills using tools like Superset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership and accountability in delivering insights.
• Mentoring and upskilling team members.
• Fluency in English.
