Overview

As a Team Lead Marketing at secra bookings, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the vacation rental and tourism industry.

In Short

• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy for brand positioning.
• Conceptualize and execute all marketing measures (Online & Offline).
• Analyze relevant KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Build strategic partnerships to support company growth.
• Plan and support trade shows, events, and industry activities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account Management.
• Lead and develop the marketing team in cooperation with management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong technical knowledge of marketing and analytics tools.
• Experience in building and leading marketing teams.
• Strong decision-making skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and AI-driven marketing.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive working style.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English.
