The Senior Provider Success Associate plays a crucial role in driving engagement and performance outcomes with primary care providers and Medical Groups within the Stellar Health Program.

In Short

• Work with Medical Groups and providers to integrate Stellar Health platform.
• Ensure effective onboarding of groups to the Stellar Program.
• Use analytical tools to assess practice performance.
• Align provider performance with customer success metrics.
• Translate provider needs into insights for product development.
• Design strategies for provider engagement.
• Develop operational best practices for performance management.
• Act as a Stellar Ambassador with clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare field.
• Experience in relationship management, sales, or customer success.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate value.
• Ability to build relationships and influence behaviors.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with GSuite or Office365.
