Provider Success Associate - Remote

Overview

The Provider Success Team works directly with primary care providers and Medical Groups who have opted into the Stellar Health Program. Provider Success Associates focus on driving engagement and performance outcomes with stakeholders.

In Short

• Work with Medical Groups and providers to integrate the Stellar Health platform.
• Ensure effective onboarding and buy-in to the Stellar Program.
• Use analytical tools to assess practice performance.
• Align provider performance with customer success metrics.
• Translate provider needs into insights for product development.
• Help providers engage successfully with Stellar.
• Act as a Stellar Ambassador with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in relationship management, sales, or customer success preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence behaviors.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with GSuite or Office365.
