Provider Network Associate - Remote

Overview

The Provider Network Associate is a strategic support role focused on physician contracting and onboarding within the MultiCare Connected Care Provider Network.

In Short

• Manage Out-of-Network requests including waiver processing.
• Coordinate Single Case Agreement discussions with Out-of-Network providers.
• Maintain contracts in MultiCare’s contract database.
• Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with annual Network Adequacy and Marketability preparations.
• Create network Reimbursement Fee Schedules.
• Work effectively with senior management and physicians.
• Utilize Microsoft and Adobe suite of products.
• Reflect MultiCare’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, and Kindness.
• Contribute to the health and well-being of the communities served.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Bachelor degree in healthcare or business concentration.
• Experience with payors in provider network or services.
• Strong communication skills with senior management and physician groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe suite.
