Provider Network Manager - Remote

Overview

Lyra Health is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. The Provider Network Manager will support the increased number of suppliers in the UK and Republic of Ireland, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding of mental health practitioners.

In Short

• Manage and review network needs regularly.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
• Research and advertise provider roles effectively.
• Screen and credential candidates for recruitment.
• Track utilization and engagement of providers.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support the Clinical Operations team.
• Work remotely with occasional travel.
• Contribute to the growth of the provider network.

Requirements

• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
• Experience in data analysis and management.
• Strong understanding of the clinical/wellbeing industry.
• Experience in recruitment/network management is desirable.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clinical and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.
