Overview

The Provider Network Manager oversees the development and implementation of provider network and contract strategies to ensure quality healthcare services for Molina's members.

In Short

  • Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers.
  • Monitor network adequacy for Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Provide training to Contract Managers.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Business Development teams.
  • Utilize analytical tools for strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support national contracts for various departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience in Managed Care and Provider Network Management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies.
  • Experience with value-based provider contracting.
  • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in training and development.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of contracting experience preferred.
