Engagement Manager - Provider Network Management - Remote

Overview

This is a home-based position requiring the candidate to live in the metro Detroit, Michigan area, traveling to nearby provider facilities 30% of the time. This job is responsible for extensive network building and provider education of assigned market of solutions and clients within the reach of WellSky services.

In Short

• Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Educate providers on Utilization Management processes.
• Act as a liaison between providers and the UM team.
• Manage implementation and education for referral benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute engagement plans.
• Provide regular updates on provider engagement performance.
• Partner with marketing to create educational materials.
• Monitor provider performance and engagement trends.
• Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
• Must work in accordance with security policies.

Requirements

• 4-6 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to engage and educate healthcare providers.
• Strong understanding of Utilization Management principles.
• Experience in provider education and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze data for strategic engagement.
• Experience in coaching and development of clinical programs.
