Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for organizing, developing, and managing programs and initiatives to successful completion, aligning them with strategic direction and maintaining program budgets.

• Develop program goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Create comprehensive program plans including timelines and budgets.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate program status and issues regularly.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Home Health Coding Certification (HCS-D or BCHH-C).
• Oasis Certification (COS-C or HCS-O).
• Clinical Licensure (RN, LPN, PT/PTA, OT/COTA, SLP).
• Home Health Management experience preferred.
