In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing projects.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across programs.
• Drive structured execution using project management frameworks.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans proactively.
• Ensure seamless handover to operations and customer success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
• Engage directly with customers, including on-site support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical acumen in engineering related to data centers.
• Familiarity with structured project methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to lead without authority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
