Overview

The Provider Network Contracting Manager is responsible for managing the network strategy and development for Molina Health Plan, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with the company's mission.

• Manage Provider Contracting functions and team members.
• Lead negotiations of contracts with healthcare providers.
• Oversee development of provider contracting strategies.

• Manage contracting relationships with area agencies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide coaching and development to Network Contracting Staff.
• Evaluate team member performance and drive communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience in Healthcare Administration or Provider Contracting.
• 5+ years experience in provider contract negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies.
• Min. 2 years experience managing/supervising employees.
• Master's Degree preferred.
