Implementation Lead - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Lead is responsible for scoping, leading and ensuring the success of Advantmed implementations across all products and services, while ensuring customer satisfaction and overall business success.

• Manage complex healthcare implementations including requirements gathering and risk management.
• Lead an implementation team with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Define goals, tasks, and resources for successful implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in Risk Adjustment and Quality preferred.
• Expertise in project management techniques and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead internal and external project teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools like SAS and SQL.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
