Overview

The Patient Services Associate I is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls related to patient appointments, ensuring high-quality customer service and accurate scheduling processes.

  • Computer literacy and experience with office equipment.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with physicians and patients.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds occasionally.
  • Completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.
