HR Operations Generalist - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Generalist will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to Thumbtack employees, focusing on the North America team and providing support for the Philippines team as needed. You'll manage employee requests, driving proactive problem-solving and process improvements.

In Short

• Serve as the first line of support for the People Team.
• Manage and triage the People Operations ticket queue.
• Execute employee data updates with minimal guidance.
• Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in special People projects.
• Run reports and audits in the HRIS system.
• Review and update HR policies as needed.
• Contribute to team meetings and activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Solid understanding of US HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to prioritize work from multiple channels.
• Familiarity with Workday and/or Greenhouse.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
