Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

Grayscale is looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience team, ensuring customers receive the best onboarding and implementation experience as we scale.

In Short

• Support customer onboarding and implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go Live.
• Integrate Grayscale’s platform into customers' Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Create and execute implementation plans based on customer needs.
• Drive a consultative approach to onboarding that addresses customer pain points.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure proper training for customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the onboarding process.
• Accountable for project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
• Assist sales team with technical discussions.
• Act as the implementation subject matter expert for clients.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of onboarding practices and SaaS products.
• Expertise in implementation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building personalized onboarding flows.
• Familiarity with Customer Success best practices.
• Experience with upper Mid-Market or Enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or project management.
