• Leading the project management of customer implementations.
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
• Managing project plans for stakeholders.
• Identifying and assessing customer onboarding risks.
• Collaborating cross-functionally for scalable improvements.
• Supporting sales teams for effective prospect engagement.
• Achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Completion of key initiatives for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years in implementation, customer success, or related fields.
• HealthTech or employee benefits experience preferred.
• Experience creating cross-functional documentation.
• Advanced experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Effective listening and creative problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and organizational skills.
• Passion for transforming healthcare, especially mental health.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approx. 10%).
