Overview

As an Implementation Manager, you will be accountable for the successful implementation of new client accounts, ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience from contract signing to go live.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in implementation management or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong project management experience with remote delivery.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
