Overview

Ontic is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring successful product adoption and enhancing the client experience.

• Lead client onboarding and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Communications.
• 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience with software implementation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, SFDC, Pendo, JIRA, GUIDEcx.
