Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Canto, you will be a subject matter expert for the Canto product, helping to teach, implement, and support customers while ensuring successful software implementation.

In Short

• Lead client meetings to educate and train customers on the Canto product.
• Provide go-live support and documentation.
• Ensure successful software implementation within client timelines.
• Project manage customer implementations and internal partners.
• Conduct project hand-offs to the Account Management team.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Customer Success Management experience preferred.
