Requirements

• Proven track record of leading global implementation organizations.
• 10+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or related functions.
• 5+ years in senior or global leadership within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in building scalable implementation strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
