Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Apperio, you will lead the onboarding of enterprise clients to our legal technology platform, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.

In Short

• Own and manage onboarding of 6–12 client organizations at various stages of implementation
• Lead kickoff calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear communication and building trust
• Escalate roadblocks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Define and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy

Requirements

• Experience in client onboarding and project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
• Leadership experience is preferred
