Overview

The Implementation Manager at CVS Health is responsible for overseeing customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing critical implementation issues.

In Short

  • Directs all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Health Plans and Benefits experience (preferred).
  • 2+ years of Project Management and Client Facing experience.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to express complex concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized with prioritization skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft products.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
