As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering product capabilities from discovery through launch, ensuring they solve meaningful customer problems, drive measurable outcomes, and strengthen our competitive edge.

In Short

• Lead discovery to identify and validate customer problems through research, interviews, and data analysis.
• Translate insights into a clear roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Keep ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive moves to inform product direction.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable, technically feasible solutions that align with product vision.
• Collaborate with design to ensure user workflows are intuitive, consistent, and meet high usability standards.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve design/technical trade-offs while keeping delivery on track.
• Own and manage the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for development teams.
• Drive delivery through Agile processes, proactively removing blockers and managing dependencies.
• Measure success using product analytics, customer feedback, and business impact, iterating where needed.
• Make timely decisions in ambiguous situations, balancing speed, quality, and scope.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Proven track record of driving product delivery and results.
