Overview

Grayscale is seeking a Senior Engineer to develop AI-powered product features using large language models, focusing on production-grade applications and enhancing the frontline experience.

In Short

• Build and launch product features using LLMs via AWS Bedrock.
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable AI-powered systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in building user-facing products.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
• Strong backend development skills, preferably in Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like Langchain is a plus.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Understanding of real-time conversational AI.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and operational support practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
