Senior Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

Grayscale is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead the development of our infrastructure and data integrations, enhancing our conversational software that automates hiring tasks.

In Short

• Design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines for candidate and employee data.
• Lead integration development with external HRIS and ATS systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in DevOps and infrastructure-as-code, preferably with Terraform.
• Deep experience with AWS services.
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and async processing tools.
• Experience with large-scale integrations using APIs.
• Strong understanding of secure data practices.
• Experience with CI/CD and monitoring platforms.
• Excellent debugging skills in distributed systems.
