Overview

The Controller position at Bosch Global Business Services involves operational controlling processes, data analysis, and financial reporting to support various business units.

In Short

• Ensure execution and improvement of operational controlling processes.
• Handle month-end closing tasks and reporting packs.
• Responsible for cost centers controlling process, including planning and forecasting.
• Conduct routine tasks in operational controlling.
• Report cost development and analysis for divisions.
• Support transition projects of controlling services.
• Act as a buddy trainer for Junior Controllers.
• Communicate and agree on data collection with stakeholders.
• Maintain master data in SAP-CO.
• Engage in other tasks as requested by superiors.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or purchasing.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of SAP modules.
• Structured and analytical working style.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable and efficient concerning deadlines.
