Overview

Quisitive is seeking a passionate Controller to lead our Finance team, providing oversight for US and offshore Accounting, Payroll, and AP teams, while contributing to innovative solutions and a high-performing culture.

In Short

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage technical accounting matters and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Lead preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Oversee the AP function and manage cash flow.
• Partner with external advisors for tax compliance and planning.
• Direct payroll operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Travel to Dallas for corporate team meetings as needed.

Requirements

• CPA with 6+ years of experience in public accounting or controllership.
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred.
• Skilled in financial statement analysis and GAAP.
• Experience overseeing offshore teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerBI.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong judgment.
• Emotionally intelligent with the ability to build partnerships.
