In Short

• Manage cross-functional projects across multiple global business units.
• Lead operational planning and design for prioritized workstreams.
• Apply a consultative approach to assist with functional & technical workstreams.
• Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare materials and present to executives, vendors, and customers.
• Manage relationships with key decision makers from project inception to post-deployment.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines using project portfolio management software.
• Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals.
• Anticipate and respond to project adjustments promptly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading sophisticated projects.
• PMP certification highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in leading teams and promoting a culture of collaboration.
