Overview

As a Specialized Travel Consultant at Amex GBT Ovation, you will provide high-touch travel services for VIP corporate clients, working from home and collaborating with your team to deliver outstanding travel solutions.

In Short

• Book travel and accommodation for VIP corporate clients.
• Arrange domestic and international business travel.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Work in a flexible schedule from 12 PM to 11 PM ET.

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel, preferably corporate.
• Comprehensive understanding of fares and ticketing rules.
• Passion for providing excellent VIP service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of the travel industry.
• Ability to resolve customer issues independently.
