In Short

• Handle booking inquiries for a diverse product range.
• Provide service-oriented advice to direct customers and travel agency partners.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, catalogs, and website information.
• Make various booking changes as required.
• Support customer care activities as part of the role.

Requirements

• Ideally a solid education in tourism or hospitality at the secondary level.
• Experience in direct customer service in a travel agency is preferred.
• Open to career changers or relevant work experience (e.g., commercial training with secondary qualification).
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, along with very good English skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Engagement, teamwork, and organizational talent are key personal traits.
