IT Business Analyst - Customer Communications - Remote

In Short

• Manage national and international projects to deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate openly with trading companies to identify user needs and serve as the key link between them and the development team.
• Oversee the entire software development process, from brainstorming and solution design to implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing support.
• Conduct market analyses and participate in tender meetings to identify optimal solutions for our products.

Requirements

• Solid IT skills backed by relevant education and several years of experience as a business analyst (m/f/x) or in project management
• A strong team player with excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum is a plus
• Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is advantageous
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Emarsys, etc.
• Self-organized, fast adaptability and good analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
