• Own an entire project, and drive it from end to end.
• Collaborate extensively with various stakeholders in the organization.
• Work with peers to ensure health and soundness of the Salesforce landscape.
• Lead Design, Build, Test, and Rollout phases of projects.
• Lead integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Define adoption approach with business leaders and operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Solid project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
• Experience in data modeling, workflows, and process automation within Salesforce.
• Focus on data governance.
• Experience in an agile way of working (Scrum).
