Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager for the EMEA region, you are responsible for driving expansion revenue in our existing customer base and unlocking its full potential.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Drive expansion revenue in existing customer base.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success team for strategic expansion.
  • Proactive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business objectives.
  • Map customer organization and identify key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in value-driven sales methodologies.
  • Handle objections skillfully to close deals.
  • Exhibit ownership over account performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of New Business Sales or Account Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant field.
  • Experience selling to C-suite level in B2B, SaaS, Cloud, DAM, or CMS.
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
