Business Applications Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for identifying, defining, documenting and validating the quality of business processes and business requirements to meet desired business outcomes.

• Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to recommend solutions.
• Use techniques like interviews and workshops to understand business requirements.
• Shape business requirements with recommendations and alternatives.
• Communicate technical options, limitations, costs, and risks to business partners.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Prioritize requirements with business and delivery teams.
• Create artifacts such as business case documentation and process flows.
• Establish test strategies and conduct test plans and cases.
• Support delivery teams during solution development and deployment.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience, understanding objects and workflows.
• Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage with administrators, developers, and business partners.
• Experience creating process flows and business requirement specifications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Salesforce admin certification is a plus.
• Experience with Copado Robotic Test Automation is a plus.
• Prior experience in lead to order, order to cash processes is a plus.
• Experience with value added resellers or professional service organizations is a plus.
