Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

ResMed is seeking an experienced clinical professional to join the MatrixCare team as an Implementation Consultant, focusing on the implementation and adoption of MatrixCare software in home health and hospice settings.

In Short

• Support the implementation and adoption of MatrixCare software.
• Provide consultative training and clinical process alignment.
• Meet client implementation and training schedule deadlines.
• Work on multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Write and update training materials as needed.
• Develop follow-up plans for software transition.
• Adjust project plans based on client needs.
• Approximately 50% overnight travel required.
• Collaborate with project managers for successful outcomes.
• Drive projects and meet critical deadlines.

Requirements

• Prior clinical work as an RN or LPN with EMR/EHR experience.
• 5-10 years of project management or consulting experience.
• Experience with Clinical Information Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-directed and motivated individual.
