Overview

The Payroll Manager is a critical role responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for all employees, overseeing the entire payroll cycle and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

• Manage the complete payroll cycle including time and attendance collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll principles and tax laws.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and software (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
