Overview

As a Senior Content Designer at Upstart, you will own the content strategy and product voice across various product experiences, ensuring that the content is clear, concise, and user-centered.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a content designer, UX writer, or content strategist.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content work across digital products.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and accessibility best practices.
• Comfortable leading workshops and advocating for content design.
• Skilled in tools like Figma and Google Docs.
• Mission-driven and customer-obsessed.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to capture content-related metrics.
• Experience designing for diverse audiences.
