Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As our first product manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from idea to launch—and play a critical role in shaping what we build and why.

In Short

• Spend ~50% of your time onsite with current customers in the US (occasionally international).
• Develop a deep understanding of customer operations.
• Vibe-code prototypes onsite based on field insights.
• Understand customer pain points and turn them into features.
• Shape standards with government partners.
• Drive the product roadmap for Realm.
• Help industrial executives succeed by expanding our product capabilities.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to evolve product offerings.
• Contribute to the vision and strategy for product management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or software experience.
• Low ego, high EQ, and a strong collaborator.
• Fluency in data and data-driven product decisions.
• Ability to prioritize and think about trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of engineers.
• Experience with enterprise, industrial, or security software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong design sense; proficient in Figma.
• Prototyping skills and use of AI coding tools.
• Basic coding/hacking abilities.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems.
• Based in the US - citizen or permanent resident.
