Overview

As a member of the Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth and adoption. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends sales, customer success, and operational deployment.

In Short

  • Own the full-cycle business development process across industrial verticals.
  • Conduct sales pitches and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Travel globally (25-50% of the time) to support sales and deployments.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure seamless adoption of Realm’s platform.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the engineering team.
  • Define repeatable sales and deployment playbooks.
  • Maintain high availability to respond to customer needs flexibly.
  • Operate with low-ego and cultural adaptability.
