Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in retail and/or luxury sectors.
• Deep understanding of retail landscape and skill set differences.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
