Overview

This is a contract opportunity for a Senior Recruiter who will create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process and ensure all necessary steps are taken from opening to hire.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Ability to assess talent beyond CVs.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience with design thinking methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools preferred.
• Located in Eastern Time Zone.
