Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at CoLab, you will manage the full talent life cycle, from job description creation through to offer, working closely with hiring managers and providing a positive candidate experience.

In Short

• Help hiring managers write engaging job postings that attract world class talent.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using extensive research and creative skills.
• Identify and select the best candidates for current roles and build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
• Conduct application screening calls and interviews.
• Recommend and manage short-list interviews and make offers to candidates.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of all positions.
• Help find creative solutions for tough to fill roles.
• Complete references and background checks to finalize the hiring process.
• Facilitate a world class candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the People Team on hiring goals and projects.
