Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll support our business as both a recruiter and a trusted advisor, working with hiring managers to understand our business needs, refine interview processes, and create and execute creative hiring strategies.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to gathering feedback from new hires.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience recruiting for SAP consulting and technical positions.
• Success in navigating hiring strategies in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• General understanding of U.S. and Canadian Employment Laws.
• Skilled in managing a high volume of candidates.
• Dedicated to sourcing underrepresented talent.
• Strong ability to establish consultative relationships.
• Capable of adapting recruiting strategies to evolving needs.
• Proficient in juggling multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and building consensus.
• Creative in developing solutions to meet business needs.
