Overview

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

In Short

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
• Review applicants via the applicant tracking system.
• Build effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates using Boolean search and social media.
• Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical information.
• Continuously build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to showcase niche segment expertise.
• Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
