Overview

VRAI is seeking a hands-on and creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media execution across various platforms, driving campaign performance and collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams.

In Short

Lead paid media strategy across Google, Programmatic & Paid Social.
Optimize ad spend for growth and efficiency goals.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams on asset creation.
Build reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance.
5+ years of performance marketing experience required.
Expertise in Google Shopping and feed-based campaigns.
Experience with Programmatic campaigns across various media.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4 and similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills needed.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Requirements

5+ years of performance marketing experience.
Extensive experience with Google Shopping and Meta.
Programmatic experience including Display and CTV media buys.
Strong analytical skills with GA4, Looker, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
