In Short

• Lead financial planning processes related to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders across Salsify.
• Package and present key findings from detailed analysis and comprehensive financial modeling.
• Collaborate closely with other G&A groups: accounting, talent acquisition, business operations, and legal/security.
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve forecasting and reporting tools.
• Share business results and work with budget owners to incorporate investment needs.
• Participate in monthly close meetings and submit deliverables for management reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support financial modeling for different areas of the organization.
• Be a key part of a phenomenal team in an organization that values Finance partnership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in finance.
• BS degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience working at a technology and/or high-growth company.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Experience with SaaS and/or recurring revenue models.
• Desire to understand results and underlying data.
• Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment.
• Appreciation for iterative processes and openness to feedback.
