Overview

Vonage’s Legal Department seeks a talented Commercial Senior Paralegal to support its fast-paced and dynamic Application Business Unit and legal operations department. The role involves supporting complex, strategic transactions with our customers, partners, and suppliers worldwide, whilst serving as a trusted advisor on legal matters in connection with the product and sales cycle.

In Short

• Review, create and manage commercial contracts with customers, partners, and resellers.
• Process contracts through the compliance platform.
• Assist sales teams on deal closure and indirect sales.
• Support continuous improvement in contracting processes.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs.
• Advise internal teams on solutions to support company growth.
• Standardize contract templates and processes globally.
• Improve contract management workflows.
• Create frameworks for legal knowledge sharing.
• Track and manage key legal operations deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of Paralegal experience.
• In-house experience working cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong acumen.
• Strong team player with sound judgment.
• Skilled in prioritizing and organizing work.
• Familiar with technology and tooling.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• A high level of integrity.
